  4. Answer 12 quick questions by clicking the emoji face that matches your experience with this service.
  5. Your answers together with others will help guide health services.
  6. Check back here for updates.
  7. You should review this service again in about six months to see if things have changed.

Aromatawai is the name of this project – created to be inclusive and culturally relevant for all whānau.

You can rate any health service you’ve used – hospitals, GP practices, hauora, or community health services. Choose one or more, it’s up to you.
